- An item is only eligible for return within 14 calendar days of purchase for a full refund minus shipping.
- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed and must have all tags still attached in its orginal packaging.
- If the item is found to have been worn, washed, used or missing tags (in other words: anything less than perfect condition) the item will be sent back to the customer at the customer's expense.
- We do not do exchanges. If you would like to reorder the same item in different size, please place a new order online.
- Itty Bitty Kid's Boutique is not responsible for lost returns, so we suggest that you ship return with tracking so that you can keep for your records.
- Please include a copy of the invoice slip along with a note of why the item is being returned.
- Sale/Clearance items are non-refundable so please make sure the correct size/color is ordered. If there are any questions about size/color/product/fit please contact us at ittybittykidsboutique.com and we will gladly assist you.
- If an item is damaged, it MUST be reported within 3 days of receiving the item(s).
- Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment ONLY.
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 days of us receiving your return. We will send email confirmation once we receive return and again once a refund has been issued.
